This flower is in Southern Idaho, growing on a bush or tree. I've looked everywhere, but can't figure it out.

It is small, white, five petals, with large pistils and stamens from the middle (orange colored) Seems to be growing on a branchy sort of thing, long, three to a bunch slender leaves.

Sounds like something from the rose family. Could be a variety of things, it's kind of hard to tell without a picture.





But you said large pistils and stamens... it might be something else.





It does not sound like flowering dogwood.
